Warranty Policy

Three-Year Limited Warranty

Aussie Covers provides a three-year limited warranty for its Caravan Covers, ensuring they are free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use and care.
 

1. Warranty Coverage

This warranty is limited to defects arising from material and workmanship issues only. During the first two (2) years from the date of purchase, any defective Aussie Caravan Covers will be repaired or replaced at no cost to you. In the third year of the warranty, a pro-rata rate will apply.
 

2. Warranty Claim Process

If you believe your cover is defective due to workmanship or materials, please contact us within the warranty period, providing:

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number)

  • Photos of the defect

  • Description of the issue

We will review your claim and determine whether the cover qualifies for repair or replacement under this warranty.
 

3. Repair or Replacement

If minor repairs can restore the cover to useful condition, it will be repaired at no charge. If the cover is deemed irreparable, the replacement will be determined as follows:

  • Years 1-2: Full replacement at no cost

  • Year 3: Pro-rata replacement cost calculated by subtracting the residual value of the defective product from the current retail price of the same product
     

4. Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, handling, or external factors. Non-covered damage includes:

  • Pooling or puddling of water, snow, or ice on the product

  • Tears or rips caused by failure to protect the cover from sharp objects

  • Wind damage due to improper securing of the product

  • Fabric discoloration or degradation caused by exposure to chemicals, including tree sap, bird droppings, oil, and gasoline

  • Mildew caused by dirt accumulation or storage while damp

  • Damage resulting from acts of God

  • Damage from improper support of the cover

  • Normal wear and tear from regular use
     

5. Important Product Information

The covers are water-resistant, not waterproof. Proper care, maintenance, and storage are essential to maximize the lifespan of your cover and maintain warranty coverage.
 

6. Warranty Limitations

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. It does not cover incidental or consequential damages. The warranty is void if the product has been modified, altered, or used for purposes other than intended.
