Shipping Policy

  1. Order Processing
    Orders are typically processed within [1-7] business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment is confirmed. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. If an item is out of stock or there is a delay, we will notify you via email or phone.
     

  2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
    We offer free shipping within Australia (no shipping rates apply). Shipping can take up to 14 days depending on your location. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

  4. Lost or Delayed Shipments
    If a parcel is lost due to courier issues and cannot be located, we will replace it free of charge (FOC). If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please reach out to us so we can assist with tracking or resolving any issues.
     

  5. Address Accuracy & Delivery Details
    Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the package. If you require any specific delivery instructions, please include them at checkout or contact us directly.
     

  6. Measurements & Confirmation
    To ensure the correct cover size for your van, we kindly ask customers to measure their van and provide the measurements, along with the make and model, when placing an order. This helps us double-check the fit and avoid any issues.
     

  7. Damaged or Missing Items
    Although it’s highly unlikely for the cover to be damaged in transit, if your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the damaged packaging and items. We will assess the claim and arrange for a replacement or refund if applicable.
     

  8. Returns & Refunds
    Once ordered and delivered, a simple change of mind does not qualify for a refund. If a customer orders the incorrect cover without consultation and requires an exchange, they will be responsible for freight charges to collect the item and resend the replacement, plus any difference in price. The item must be returned in its original packaging, and photos of the product and packaging are required. If for some reason the cover is faulty, we will send a replacement at our cost and arrange for the return of the faulty item.
     

  9. Cancellations
    Order cancellations must be initiated as soon as possible, as some orders can be dispatched within hours of receiving them. If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the return process.
     

  10. Product Origin & Business Location
    Our covers are designed and made to our specifications and licensed to Aussie Covers. Products are stored in Brisbane, QLD, Australia, and our business is based on the Sunshine Coast, QLD.
