Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Aussie Covers. However, we do not accept refunds for a change of mind under any circumstances.
If you have ordered the incorrect cover without prior consultation, you will be responsible for the freight charges to collect the item and send a replacement, plus any price difference between the original and replacement items. The item must be returned in its original packaging and must include photos for verification.
 

Refund Process
Once your order has been delivered, change of mind does not qualify for a refund. If you need to return an item for any reason, it must be in its original packaging and meet the conditions outlined above. Refunds will only be processed under specific conditions, such as a defective item (see below).
 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item is defective or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery, providing photos of the item and packaging. We will review your claim and offer a replacement at no cost to you. The defective item will need to be returned to us, and we will cover the cost of return shipping.
 

Cancellation of Orders
Orders can be canceled immediately after purchase, as we often dispatch items within hours of receiving the order. If your order has already been processed and shipped, you will need to follow the return process.
 

Non-Returnable Items
Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable," as well as custom-made or personalized products, cannot be returned.
 

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges unless the item is defective or incorrect. If we determine that the return is due to an error on our part, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
 

Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after the stated processing time:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card provider; it may take time for the refund to be posted.
