Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment is confirmed. You will receive confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
If an item is out of stock or there is any delay, we’ll contact you via email or phone.
Shipping & Delivery
We offer free shipping Australia-wide. Delivery timeframes can be up to 14 days depending on your location.
At this stage, we do not offer international shipping.
Important: We can only ship to physical addresses. We do not deliver to PO Boxes or post office addresses.

Lost or Delayed Shipments
If a parcel is lost due to courier issues and cannot be located, we will replace it free of charge.
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we’ll assist with tracking and resolution.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for lost or delayed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If an order is returned to us, additional shipping charges will apply to resend it.
Measurements & Order Accuracy
To help ensure the correct cover size, we recommend providing your van’s measurements along with the make and model when placing your order. This allows us to double-check sizing and reduce the chance of issues.
Damaged or Missing Items
While rare, if your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Include photos of the packaging and items so we can assess and arrange a replacement or refund if required.
Returns & Refunds
We do not offer refunds for change of mind once an order has been delivered.
If an incorrect cover is ordered without prior consultation, customers are responsible for all freight costs associated with exchanging the item, along with any price difference.
Items must be returned in original packaging, and photos will be required prior to approval.
If a product is faulty, we will replace it at our cost and arrange return of the faulty item.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be requested as soon as possible.
As some orders are dispatched quickly, cancellations may not be possible once shipping has occurred. In this case, the return process will apply.

Our covers are designed to our specifications and licensed to Aussie Covers. We have worked with the same trusted manufacturing partner for over 10 years to ensure consistent quality.
Products are manufactured overseas and distributed within Australia. Aussie Covers is proudly Australian-owned and operated, with our business based on the Sunshine Coast, QLD.
